Parent Survey
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU
The Stakeholder Satisfaction Team from the LCSC Corporation Improvement Team is requesting that LCSC parents complete an anonymous parent survey. The survey can be completed either on-line or you may request a paper copy from your child’s school. We ask that only one on-line survey be completed for each household. If you have children at more than one LCSC school and would like to complete a survey for each child, you may do so by completing a paper version for each school.
We would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey and ask that they be completed by Friday, January 22nd. Please return all paper surveys to your child’s school by this date. If you have any questions, you may call Hayley LaDow at 722-3200.
